The band, which features Sammy Hagar, ex-VAN HALEN bassist Michael Anthony, guitarist Joe Satriani and RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS drummer Chad Smith, recently announced that Kenny Aronoff will play drums on tour while Smith hits the road with the RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS.
Chickenfoot has a free live concert webcast on September 27th, the same day that "Chickenfoot III" comes out. They will perform tracks from the disc at 9:00 p.m. ET at TRI Studios in Marin County, California, followed by a 30-minute question-and-answer session with fans at the band's official website.
The webcast will be rebroadcast on the the band's official website the following day at 3:00 p.m. ET.
Chickenfoot will tour again sometime later in the Autumn to promote the new album.
