The project led by Edguy frontman Tobias Sammet, will tour Switzerland, Germany, Mexico & Argentina in December.

FM are the latest band to be added to the Hard Rock Hell Festival 2010.
They will appear on the Festival's opening night, Friday December 3rd.
Hard Rock Hell takes place on 3rd-5th December 2010 at the Pontins Resort, Prestatyn Sands, North Wales.
FM will warm up with a headline date at London’s Islington Academy on December 1st, with Airrace supporting.

UK satellite channel Sky Arts will broadcast filmed highlights from the High Voltage Festival at Victoria Park in London, England.
This will include the July 24th performance by HEAVEN & HELL members Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Vinny Appice as a tribute to their late bandmate, Ronnie James Dio.
Also scheduled to be broadcast are clips from ZZ Top, ELP, Foreigner and Gary Moore.
Iommi, Butler and Appice were joined at the High Voltage festival by ex-Deep Purple singer Glenn Hughes and Norwegian vocalist Jorn Lande.

Glenn Hughes has revealed that there will be a Dio tribute album, "with some megastars," to raise funds for to the Ronnie James Dio "Stand Up And Shout" Cancer Fund, as well as a major show in Los Angeles in March 2011.
The programme will be broadcast by SKY ARTS ONE on August 28th from 21:00 to 22:30 local time.

Blondie are about to release a new album; but only in Australia for the present.
Tiltled "Panic Of Girls", it will be released down under first, because the band are touring there at the end of the year.
The album will be released to the rest of the world in 2011.
It was recorded in Woodstock as drummer Clem Burke explained to Billboard...
“We were living in the country out there, kind of the antithesis of the urbanite kind of atmosphere that exists around Blondie. We tried to make the recording process as organic as possible and tried to stay away from programming as much as we could, because (2003’s The Curse Of Blondie – their last album) had a lot of programming on it. So in the spirit of Woodstock, we kept going in the studio and playing”.
A brand new DVD/Blu Ray release featuring the recent Big Four (Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer, Anthrax) tour is to be released in October.
"The Big Four: Live From Sonisphere 2010" DVD is scheduled for release on 11th October and will feature footage from the Big Four’s show in Bulgaria, which was broadcast to cinemas all around the world.
The standard edition single DVD/Blu Ray will feature highlights from the four sets whilst a deluxe version is also slated for release and will feature two DVDs and five CDs, along with an event poster, posters from each band and guitar pick.

Dutch symphonic metallers EPICA have been confirmed for this year's Metal Female Voices Fest, from October 22nd-24th at Oktoberhallen in Wieze, Belgium.

US gore legends AUTOPSY have completed the recording of their first tracks since officially reforming last year.
The EP "The Tomb Within" was recorded last month at Fantasy Studios with Adam Munoz.
The band line-up sees the original trio of Chris Reifert, Danny Coralles & Eric Cutler joined on bass by Joe Trevisano (ex-Abscess).
The EP showcases five new songs of gore and depravity and will be on general release by September 27th through Peaceville Records.
The new material will be available on CD & 12” vinyl and the cover art is supplied by renowned fantasy/horror artist Matt Cavotta.
The 12” vinyl edition of ‘The Tomb Within’ comes with a free poster of the stunning cover artwork & is limited to just 1000 numbered copies.
