SCORPIONS Planning Reunion Show & New DVD

German heavy rockers, the Scorpions, have announced that they are planning a big reunion show with former members and also that they are working on a new rarities DVD.
They also implied that their impending retirement may not be the last we see of them.

The band announced last year that their current tour will be their last.
However, Rudolph Schenker revealed to Bravewords that the band still have plenty to do before they call it quits.

Firstly they want to put together a huge reunion concert with former band members Uli Jon Roth, Michael Schenker and drummer Herman Rarebell.

Secondly a DVD & Blu-ray of the "Get Your Sting And Blackout" Farewell Tour is being put together.

The band have over 800 hours of never-released footage that they want to start releasing after the tour ends with some of the footage dating back to the beginning of the band.

It was revealed that the band could still play one-off shows after the tour is over as the farewell tour is simply a farewell to touring.
